UNRIVALED BEAM EXCELLENCE:

At the heart of the 2Stroke 3.0's brilliance lies an advanced PCB technology that sets a groundbreaking industry standard for an emission surface interval of merely 2mm. Astonishingly sleek, the PCB core measures a mere 1.0mm in thickness. Supplementing this is the 300um dielectric layer, the 140um circuit pattern, and the remarkable Osram Oslon HKL351.TE LED chips, each boasting a mere .43mm prominence. Coupled with the LEDs' 1.03 x 4.33mm light-emitting surface area, this harmoniously constructs a total cubic volume of 4.46mm. Evidently, the Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 redefines LED bulb technology, embracing the filament size of an incandescent bulb with uncanny precision—a factor of utmost significance for achieving impeccable beam dispersion.

Within the 2Stroke 3.0 lineup, every size has undergone meticulous fine-tuning to ensure optimal output for its designated application. Guaranteeing uniformity, specialized tools were devised to meticulously verify each bulb's accuracy as it emerges from the production line. Unlike other LED fog light bulbs employing a 'one-size-fits-all' reference distance for all sizes, the Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 embraces a tailored approach.


COMPLETE 360-DEGREE ADJUSTABILITY:

Distinguishing itself with ingenuity, the 2Stroke 3.0 LED bulbs incorporate a fully adjustable base—an instrumental feature to harness the complete potential of optical facets in reflectors or projectors. To unlock this potential, the light-emitting diodes are strategically positioned at 3-o'clock and 9-o'clock positions. Recognizing the diversity of headlight and fog light assemblies, every bulb within the 2Stroke 3.0 series boasts comprehensive adjustability. Twist-to-lock bulbs employ a precision gear-driven rotational adjuster mechanism, allowing 15-degree interval adjustability. Meanwhile, press-fit or clip-in bulbs feature an omni-adjustable rotation mechanism.


EFFICIENT THERMAL REGULATION:

Post-installation, the 2Stroke 3.0 bulb employs an enclosed high-speed fan—pioneering as the first actively cooled LED bulb with a fan impervious to external elements. This unique internal circulation cooling system employs a 12,000-rpm cyclone fan, ushering cool air into the bulb's core and expelling heated air into the housing. Drawing in cold air along the PCB sidewall facilitates heat exchange, with expelled air emerging from the bulb's opposite side. This not only cools the bulb effectively but also warms the housing's ambient temperature, enhancing resistance to snow and ice accumulation on the lens during winter. The 2Stroke 3.0's cooling system not only safeguards bulb longevity but also delivers unparalleled performance in inclement weather.


DRL DRIVE FUNCTIONALITY:

Configured to accommodate a wide input voltage range, the LED Driver of the 2Stroke 3.0 is tailored for compatibility with modern vehicles' low voltage daytime running lights. Upon detecting 6-9V input, the system logic adeptly reduces output to 30% of standard, producing a suitably restrained output volume for daytime running lights. In this mode, the cooling fan halts to preserve power and lifespan. For vehicles featuring a PWM-based DRL signal, an inline PWM module producing clean DC6V is essential. The completely potted driver ensures complete weather resistance.
